Location is good. Room was good with clean bathroom.Service is OK. Complimentary service was poor - took 20 min for the kettle to arrive, another 30 min for tea bags and milk powder after numerous calls. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. staff behaviour is good. Hotel management should address the shortage issues. Overall hotel is OK.

the hotel is at a very good location, cabs and autos are easily available in the middle of the market, the hotel staff is quite good, they get whatever you ask for, but the taste of the snacks at the hotel is not that good

Not Too Good According to Price. They are telling they are having pure vegetarian canteen but egg is there and cooks are cooking chicken for themselves. They control AC operation outside of room , means one switch is there for AC outside room. they control that one. Sometimes they switched off AC.
