very very bad experience 😔😔😔😔.... it's not same like picture in Goibibo. the room was not deluxe.. very small.... worst experience.... I hate it... receptionist guy very bad service... it doesn't deserve even One star but there is no any option... to go forward so i have to give one by force

"Worst service! They didn’t even provide a clean bed, the TV wasn’t working, and the staff was extremely rude — they didn’t even speak properly. Help seems like a secondary thought. They even asked for extra money despite the payment being made at the time of booking."

It was a very bad experience. The room was not cleaned properly, no curtains in the room, TV was not working, bedsheets, bathroom are dirty. Poor room service. And only one light was working. So I won't suggest this hotel for anyone else
