room was not properly cleaned. no hot water @night. old bath towels. power supply was not there for a long time. tooth care kit was not there

Overall experience was nice, check in process was smooth and rooms were clean. Food really was yummy and the room service was also good, Even in midnight they picked my call for a requirement.

The hotel was on the main road and was easily accessible. The room and toilet were neat and maintained well. The staff were courteous and the receptionist was available whenever called. As the breakfast option was not selected during booking, they called me the morning to check if I needed breakfast. Safety and peace of mind.
