location is good opposite arjan garh metro station, otherwise rooms and services like 90s hotel.. mosquito in rooms, AC not serviced, no hot water in bathrooms.. no restaurants in hotel. so only for economically good and metro station near is beneficial otherwise you hv to think

Good experience! Located at the main road near Arjan Garh metro station. Good property with basic amenities and services. Hotel is located on the outer skirts of Delhi on way to Gurgaon. Affordable stay !

The check-in was smooth. Below mentioned points were the problems not resolved. 1) As I checked the washroom, the condition was below standards.(Pics attached) 2) The Linen used was also not clean.(Pics attached) 3) I asked the staff to change the room, but due to non availability they could not change the room too. 4) I asked for the ironing service and the staff handed me a non-functional iron. 5) Geysers were not functioning so got water in water buckets. Highly Disappointed !

very bad Maintainance. I don't know how they mentioned it as a 4* property. it's completely low grade Maintainance. Some stinky smell in rooms, they just come and spray a room freshner which is also of no use. beddings etc are completely stinky.

The property is well-maintained and located in a nice neighborhood. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful and soft-spoken. All in all, the stay was value for money.
