none of the rooms have proper functioning ac. the rooms are not worth the cost being paid if basic things like AVC and clean washroom can't be provided.

overall experience is Good.
But Non AC Room are smelling. so I had book AC Room instead of Non AC it will cost me 50 RS extra but give Super experience.

Location is ideal and close to Taj. Rooms are also good but requires better maintenance as the bed curtains kept falling off and the tap handle would come out and had to be used as a lever. The restaurant below ( I don't think it belongs to them) has very poor service.

Horrible experience. Bad hotel. Poor amenities. Poor cleaning.Never ever go to this hotel they are cheating.I booked a family room which shows air-conditioning facility in their room info but there was no AC in their room the hotel staff said they have no idea and the info mentioned is none of their fault so they can not help. After complaining they transferred me to dormitory which had AC but was not working then i again i complained they transfered me to another room where the AC was pathetic ...more
