hotel location is very good it is placed in the middle of the main market of mcleod ganj.
cafe in the hotel serves very good coffee.
booked a room with balcony having view of the beutiful scenery as uploaded in the picture.
also the room and washroom are neat and clean.

Hotel location is good,has good sitting or waiting area, our room standard room is good, hotel staff is nice,roof top restaurant,good hill view

when i went to reception to extand my stay for one more day as i made some changes in my travel plan they said they had given me wrong room and i need to change room which was highly unprofessional... still i changed the room... moreover they were charging me high price for the room for next day and when i said charging less, they increase the price within 5 minutes online which was very cheap... when i complained they offered me approximately same price... it was very evident that the manager ...more

staff attitude has changed a lot. they behave very arroagntly. i have visited many times in this hotel. but this time pathetic service and moreover they took extra money from us and told us that you have broken bathroom door handle..but we did nothing,it was already loose before and when we opened it,it came in our hand.that was hotel's fault that they didnot repair it when it was not working properly before
