This property is not mantained properly. Pillow cover and linen not changed after guest leaves.

The only thing good about this hotel is the behavior of the staff.The room size mentioned is not provided. Deluxe ac rooms are 10x10ft. Early checked in by paying extra amount, but couldn't get linens till 12pm. Rooms are not clean enough. Had to change 03 rooms. One has to ask for everything like ac remote, waste bin, bedsheets, etc. Overall it was less than avarage experience.

Hotel is just ok type.I never recommend to anyone. When I have came to check in they told me we dont have rooms upon insisting that I already done booking they have given me already used and opened room which has not been cleaned after previous check out.Person at reception don't want to entertain customer. I have seen many entries in the entry register.Came to know there is 3-4 hotel of Similar Name owned by Same person.Although I have booked free Breakfast as well which has not been given upon ...more

Hotel is pathetic! No room service, the was was broken, taps leaking, no lock in room, dirty bedsheets, even after complaining twice to change the bed sheet they didn't change it. I said to give bisleri water bottle they gave some local bottle and were charging for room service and duplicate bottle even to bottle wasn't open and no room service was provided, no ventilation in room, frequent power cuts! please please don't even consider this hotel!!

Everything was good except the bedsheets were not cleaned properly, and blankets had dust particles all over.
