Location is fine but cleanliness is issue at property, jet spray was broken, taps was not working properly, calcium was all over shower, hand wash bottle was full of algae

it was just a single room and I paid 800/- per night, I personally didn't like it as there were cockroaches in the room, not so worthy of what I paid and it's almost 2+ km from both bus and railway station

Maanas Homestay is awesome property. Be friends, Collegues Or Family, we can spend and live here peacefully. Property owner is very accomodating and responsive.
We were 5 people. 2BHK Non AC flat was more than enough. It was clean , airy.
Will surely stay here next time.

The host is polite and responsive. Although it's around 10 to 15 min walk from the bus stand, the homestay is located in a good place. The major issue is mosquitoes. disturbed our sleep.

Absolutely clean and ventilated. Near to the train and bus stations. The owner of the property is very accommodative. Considered our request for room extension at reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place for people who need lot of space and peaceful surroundings.
Just one small flaw is that the bathroom slightly stinks sometimes may be due to a clog in the pipeline, not sure. But that is not a problem that could downrate this property. Adding a knife and scissors in the kitchen will help the guests in cutting open their food packages. I would revisit if I go to Tirupati again.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and I was very impressed by the quality of service and amenities. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive, and they made me feel welcome.
The location was convenient, close to the subway station and several attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the city.
