Rooms were pathetic and walls didn't had a proper plastering I would never go or personally recommend anyone to stay there

just had to find a place to sleep for the night and cheap. also i wanted the place to be in kankanady. this place fit the bill. although when i first checked in there were tiny cockroaches on the bed, so i had to dust the bed before lying down. for some reason the geyser refused to switch on in the morning as well. otherwise the room was ok.

The hotel receptionist charged extra ₹400. He had given our room to some other person. We had an issue over here please resolve this issue.

Horrible experience...! We booked a room for 3 adults and one child ,I think they were not even aware of booking procedure,they provide us a small room in which barely 2 person can fit in and the bathroom flush is not working.When we enquired about it he said you should call before comming to hotel,(then what is the purpose of booking with full payment??),he also said the room we book is given to other person ,we paid for a room and also not refundable...! we checked out after 10 mins such a bad experience...pls don't pre pay the amount here !!!

The image they are showing are cropped.. so we can't see how bad outside atmosphere is.. we have to go through other shops.. no proper entrance.. whole place was shabby. No lift is there. we didn't take the room even though we lost our money, because we had elderly family members who can't climb the steps.

Strange experience after booking confirmation the hotel staff denied us check-in stating they did not receive any booking by this name. After 1 hour of showing them proof and arguments they offered to give us an alternate hotel which we had to accept due to unavailability any other hotel at last moment. The alternate hotel was horrible and a really bad one but we didn't have any other choice but to accept. A message to everyone:- Please confirm twice before going there if you have booked Also the hotel was nothing as it seems in images
