I want my full refund I booked it last night around 11pm I went to the hotel and it was locked and I rang the bell thrice but nobody came up then I came back.

Horrible stay from 10th of May to 11th of May 2022 in this hotel. Disgusting behavior of the reception staff of the hotel. They made to wait us nearly of 1.5 hours due to nonconfirmation of our booking . Moreover the walls of the hotel have some dampness. Not a good stay. Never recommended this hotel to anybody

Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was also very cooperative. Food was also good. Overall a comfortable stay. Suitable for family.

We (family) stayed for a night and took two rooms, the stay was good as the room was spacious and comfy. They even have good space inside the hotel compound for car parking. The only thing i didn't liked was the entry/exit ramp in the hotel premises, the elevation was too steep for a car with low clearance to manage it without hitting the car floor.
