Definitely a bang for the buck! Don't expect high end facilities considering the price point, but ensuite dorm got personal ref, hot and cold shower and hot and cold purified water is also available. Nice and accommodating staff. Solemn atmosphere in the garden/cafeteria and the view of the mountains, the monastery, and the prayer flags from the rooftop kinda give a peaceful vibe. It feels safe despite traveling solo as female and foreign backpacker.

Overall, a great stay with friendly staff, warm hospitality, and good value for money. Just two minor issues we faced: 1. There’s no air conditioning, and since Bir can get quite warm during the day, an AC would really help for a few hours. 2. The bathroom jet pressure was quite low — not ideal when you're aiming for a... satisfying experience 😅. last but not the least, common area doesn't felts interesting. There was literally no one during my 3 day stay in the common area. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable! Near to the market and hospitable environment.

At start, you may feel that its a 4-room dormitory you are booking, however the room is very tiny as a whole. Since Madpackers was marketing itself at the cheapest rate, it was always full - and mostly students who would make a lot of noise. So, don't book Madpackers if you see it cheapest in the list. The washroom was always wet with dripping water and no one to proactively clean it, even though it was located outside of the dorm. There was no liquid soap for hand-washing, let alone for bathing.

at madpackers it was a wonderful experience and the host is very polite and generous. i was facing a wifi issue so i called the owner and he got is resolved in just few minutes so they were very helpful. overall at this cost its one of the choice anyone can make to stay. where is my voucher??

the property is nice and located in the center. however the cleaning is not that great. there were a lot hair on my bed and pillow. i even saw the cleaning process by housekeeping later they do not change the sheets they only make the bed on the name of cleaning. however the host was amazing and washroom were clean. liked the property.

The hostel was very beautiful. The facilities in the hostel were very good. The food and drinks in the hostel were very good. The hostel rooms were very good. The hostel staff was very good. The hospital manager was very good.
