We booked super delux room but given smaller rooms,which dont acomodate 2 adults and two kids,where rooms of bigger size were available..property is under maintenance .limited options for complmentantary breakfast,which is not of good quality.dining area is full of flies which eats with us on our food,rooms are small with very small bathroom..which very different from photos.tv was not working,no hot water.behaviour of staff is average.

need to do maintenance overall stay was good and staff is friendly. beach view is amazing. u guys really need to go over there and little costly.

Great views.
Hotel at very good location. Karli river and devbagh beach side by side. The merging of river with sea is nearby. The best point is the location of the hotel.
Hotel is new, clean and good service.

+s: 1) Beach property but not all rooms are sea facing only the ones on the front right hand side (facing the beach) are. -s 1) Blood thirsty and good knight resistant Mosquitoes left my body full of itchy bites! More cleanliness needed around the hotel. 2) Since it is a home stay, i didn't expect high levels of professionalism, so i wasn't suprised to see the inflated Food and Beverage Bill at the time of check out, i was charged for lunches and dinners which i didn't even have!
