not any star ( 1 star is badly compulsory) experience is so bad because my flight was at morning and water supply was not available in my washroom , after call to reception a person came and checked it and assure me for 2 min. wait after 10min. second call to reception and assure me for 5 min. after 10-15 min. supply was continued at chekout nobody apologized

I had a very poor experience in mahalaya. Room wasnt that good. Bathroom was not good Not clean. Breakfast was not good. Wanted to switch but other hotels jn this area are already full. They need a lot of improvement

I stayed here 4 or 5 years back and came back here for the trip. it was a good place.. but no more. needs maintenance, a good coat of paint, deep cleaning, replacement of gadgets. i check in past midnight - there is no water. the shower is under maintenance. breakfast is name sake - poor spread. hardly any staff for room service. very sad that a good property is dilapidated like this

I would like to share my experience here stay is good. but breakfast is very worst. there is no word to say about breakfast. otherwise ok. room clean ok. but there is also one issue dust pin not empty.

first of all, it's not hygiene. The bathroom condition was not good. the bedsheet was dirty. worst experience ever indeed. disappointed. too much charges for this room.

Loved the experience. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Since I am not from TN, they helped me in booking cab for my further journey. Also its affordable.

Stay was very nice and staff was all very cooperative. I like the facilities provided by the hotel and food and bar was awesome. I would recomend this hotel that everything was excellent
