I booked the hotel seeing the 4 plus ratings, but the room in which I stayed , deserved a rating below one star. I booked a deluxe room but there was not anything deluxe in the room and the room was missing on the basic amenities.(Room no- 201) The tv was not functioning, although I didn't watch but still, and most importantly the toilet was very untidy, and there was no handwash present in it, I was given a soap. Location very near to railway station suited by needs of arrival and departure. Not so great hotel. But despite the deficient infrastructure, a very co-operative staff ensured customer satisfaction.
