Room is just opposite . information about room is wrong even bad is not king size it's queen size A.C grill is broken

worst experience....as per your confirmation when went for checking.hotel receptionist told they are telling neither they have accepted nor denied room....
when your message confirmed the booking....
we have took around 1HR for hotel room booking..
it's worst experience with Goibbio...
pls don't consider hotel from your booking option
