    it's located in kovilambakkam and very easy to go anywhere in the city, airport, tech parks. well connected with metro. clean and neat hotel at the centre of the it companies and all other transports. over-all stays awesome.

    i stayed at mm residency hotel 1 day and had a pleasant experience. the hotel is budget-friendly, clean, and well-maintained. special mention to mr.jeeva kalai, who was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. overall, i would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price.
