my experience was bad as the water supply was horrible it was smelly the water was dirty and we were not able to get fresh

Lift was not working. Nobody came to take the luggage 2 floors up as the lift wasn't working we had to climb the stairs with the luggage. Room is nice and clean but the nearby area doesn't look safe

very poor in cleanliness, very smelly washroom. I went there twice thinking that It might be a mistake from them but I was wrong 2nd time also got same smelly room and washroom was very dirty. I won't recommend any couple to go here if you like hygiene.

i had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout my visit. the room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything i needed for a relaxing stay.
the hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. the amenities were excellent, and the overall ambiance was warm and inviting. whether for business or leisure, i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. will definitely be returning!
