Hotel was good but reception guy was sly. Initially he did not offered me room which i booked instead of he offer a standard small room when I complained then he gave me room which i booked. Thats room was good bathroom was new tv was working.

I had a very bad experience at hotel malabar, bhuntar. I was promised 10% off on F&B bill but the hotel refused to give that to me. The Manager shouted at me and literally fought with me over this. Their MD had earlier assured me that i will be given that discount but the lower manager refused and yelled at me. The food was good though, and some of the other staff members were better, but there was an element of ego and rudeness overall in everyone.

we got a chance to stay at this hotel on 30th of December as all the other prime hotels in Kullu areas were already booked. Due to heavy traffic rush we could not make to Manali and we had to stay at Bhuntar (the place where this hotel is located) for a single night. It was a average stay. Positive : located on main Manali road . Proper parking. Negative: rooms lack basic amenities like electric cattle, tea bags, sugar pouches etc. Overall: The Hotel is ok for a short night stay if anyhow one could not get to Kullu or Manali..

Great experience while staying in this hotel. Had a memorable and a cosy stay in the property.
