overall experience was horrible.. i don’t recommend to any of our family and friends. no drinking water provided. roof was sheet shedding. it will not worth for even 500 rupees per night. kicked is really horrible no cleanness maintained

roof was made up of iron sheets… fans were sounding horrible unable to sleep

we moved out as it turned out to be a non maintained place with red ants, roaches. no refrigerator to keep drinks, extremely basic, prison like beds and furniture, no ceiling fans etc. overall absolutely not recommended till they refurbish it. it showed that footfalls were poor.

Good experience, host is very resposive. Agumbe, Theerthalli and manytoyrist attraction waterfalls are nearby. Food prepared by in house chef is a bit overpriced. Dont have too much expectations, you will be satisfied with the stay.

just located next to the the legendary malgudi days town location.
at the edge of the reserved forest.
spacious property with plenty of room for parking.
the building needs maintainance as the constant rainfall makes it damp and smelly.
food is prepared by inhouse chef. tasty. there is a nearby river you can visit just a min walk.
caretaker was very humble and friendly. family friendly place.
cctv is there.

It is a dilapidated facility. No care, no proper management. Guess the owners don't care about the place anymore. The staffs need to be more professional.
