Overall a great experience, the staff is very very friendly and courteous. Food is just okay. Laundry service needs to be revamped. No hassle check in. Absolute comfort for a business traveller. Laundry needs better service though.

It is probably not a five star hotel imo. Service can have its ups and downs (especially at the restaurant) For the price it is worth it. Fwiw, food was good. Comfortable stay

I planned for 2 days , but because of hotel environment , vaceted in a day ....bad food , bad room old and ordinary wash rooms ..staff are polite...location is not good in case of emergency ...no shop is near the hotel....room no 402

Room was clean but had tank bund odour. Basin was 75% clogged. When I asked for an iron box they gave me one without a plug and it’s temperature knob was missing. The wires of the iron box were open but I had no time to exchange so I used it. I didn’t find the hotel worth it’s value.

My entire hotel experience is wonderful, it's mind-blowing peace in hotel. staff were awesome with quick response, the restaurant is good with grate food. I do sure prefer to book in goibibo next time too.. Thanks to the Manasarovar The Fern Team.. The Stay was very peaceful..
