We had so much expectations towards the stay as we had planned a weekend getaway after so many months. We decided to travel more than 50kms just for the experience in the home stay. but when we reached there we faced so many issues and could not even stay there for more than 15 mins. The power back up was not there continously, bed bugs and cockroaches in the room, No proper lights, No fan and adding on to it, it was stinking with cigarette and alcohol smell all over. It was an ossum experience to be at Mandara Homestay.It is very Private n secured. We got extremely good response from host and the staff. Endowed with nature the Homestay is best to enjoy for couples n families. Thanks to Anil for the best hosting. Privacy and delicious expected food on time

Wonderful place so peace, we cam with family fantastic service , owner Anil is so good he will explain you everything, vary nice food in malnadu style i had first time, we have visited chickmahalore so many time this is the best homestay go for it, i was doubtfully came because i saw some 1 star rating but this is fantastic homestay waterfall and rever trucking was vary good we satisfied i am going to visit again with friends Vary safe and secure place

please don't book here. they have the bad owner. they have the worst staff and worst customer care. they don't help with the location of the homestay, owners phone is not reachable all the time. don't put yourself and your family into risk by traveling to this place.

Location was excellent to be free and relax from city life. No network only to enjoy greenery and view point. Best part was to walk through jungle and trek to waterfall which is inside homestay premises. And behaviour of Mr. Anil is really professional and very supportive to anything we ask for. Food was ok. Willl be going there again for sure to explore more jungles and hill stations and will recommend for sure. Was inistally difficult to find location but once we reach its beautiful.
