The stay was comfortable but there was no arrangement of morning and the brekfast had only two items like a small restaurant.

recently stayed at Mandav Hills and had a very bad experience. We booked two AC double rooms and completed the full payment beforehand. We also spoke with the hotel owners in advance, and they sent us some promising photos of the rooms.
However, upon reaching the property, we were shocked by the pathetic condition of the bathrooms. Both bathrooms were leaking from the false ceiling, and the toilets were not cleaned properly.

Stay was good room are also clean. Good is ok. Staff is good but we had bad experience of stay. They have false ceiling in room and there are many rats moving into it. Manly room 101 to 104. We stay in 104. I informed staff at 2 am but there was no other room available so it was sleepless night. Staff told me few times back same happened to all 4 rooms. I informed to owner early morning. He pretend to be unaware but all staff knowing rat problems including owner. Filmcity is good but call owner before booking rooms.
