the hot water tap is not working.
no hot water.
i request they availed us the water of boiler.
no intercom.
everytime we have to run to reception.
not at all a present stay.

hotel room were ok but toilets really bad not clean at all not even buckets were there room for single night but didn’t provided anything.even in-house kitchen was not there bad experience

Very bad maintenance, both inside and outside. Restaurant is also not upto the mark. Poor quality food. The people working are although good and they try to satisfy the customers to their best. The hotel surroundings are very good with garden and flowers. With little efforts, it could have been a good hotel.

one of the worst experiences I had recently here. Nothing is good about this hotel. Neither it is neat and clean nor the services can be rated even as average. I didn't rely on visitors' reviews while booking, you don't do that mistake or else will regret like me.

My overall experience at Mandagarh residency was good. There were some shortfalls which were promptly taken care of on asking the staff. The staff is good and well behaved and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

worst to wrost experience we had done with this property , third class food , service , and other things , rooms are very ordinary , hygiene is zero there , charges are very high for third class food , i never ever suggest to anyone to stay here ,bogus property and food
