the check in experience was very bad. they are not ready to give accommodation for third person although we clearly booked a room for three. so adamant staff. rooms are too small. ac was working average. the bathroom was good. cleanliness was good.
even they are asking payment for third person accomodation.

Old property but good, room service fine,food was ok. Reception staff were good, minor repair of switches to be attended, otherwise overall excellent.

very bad and dirty rooms.
The bathroom taps and toilet are very dirty.
The staff is not supportive.
all ac are too old which are not blowing the good air

Very good hotel with a very kind hearted staff. Hotel Owner and Higher Staff are also extra ordinary. They are very understanding and co operative. Food is also yummy and served with courtesy. A perfect location for staying. I specially thanks to travel desk for their co operation.

The room is surely not worth the price. 2000Rs for a night and the power sockets are not working properly. The tiles in bathroom are slippery. However Hot water is available. The rooms are old style and need to be renovated. Do not recommend for this price.

all is good about the hotel if it were not for the mosquitos creeping in my room through many slits in between all the windows of my room. I doubt they have such slits even for all of their rooms. the mosquitos really gave me a nightmare

Pleasant Stay . Right in the middle of city . But away from crowd. Mandar Regency have come a long way to get a recommendation .
