We had an overall unpleasant experience during our stay at this hotel in Valparai. The room was poorly maintained and full of dust, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable from the moment we entered. Basic hygiene essentials were missing—no towels, no soap, no toothpaste, and not even a mat to wipe off water, which made it quite inconvenient after using the bathroom.

Room is good but we are normal booking and so no hot water is there and no food facility room sharing worth for 3 members .

Old Building, 2nd floor, and Old furniture, TV, bed. etc. Bathroom not cleaned and congusted.Bed Cover and pillow not hygiene. Not value for money.I am not happy with the facilities provided.
