Nice and clean rooms. the stay is very close to paragliding landing point. water is provided in all rooms for food there are many restaurants near by

Nice location, very near to paragliding landing site. Car parking space is available. Rooms are beautifully decorated and property is very clean. Manoj himself is very helping in nature at any time. All famous cafes and monastery are also walking distance from this place. Personally Recommended to everyone who is coming to bir. Nice balcony. Helping staff. Clean property. Location is very prime.

Run by Mr. Manoj, who's a young entrepreneur is very polite, friendly and helpful. He suggested places to visit and eat during our stay as well as arranged for cabs and paragliding. Located at a prime location just 600 meters away from the paragliding landing site, there are number of cafes, restaurants and shops as soon as you get down so food and other supplies won't ever be a problem. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and it provides all the basic amenities that you can expect in a mainstream hotel. Would surely recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Bir.

This was a perfect budget, neat and clean stay. Manoj, owner was veryhelpful and very nice guy. Just do not order any food from hotels in front of the homestay..it was pathetic and costly food. Instead you can visit Nyingma's kitchen..they have good food at reasonable cost..!!! :-) :-D Manoj Home Stay 5 Star +++ service..its near to the paragliding landing site..!!!
