The hotel is under renovation and it is goiyto be leased to other agency . Hence you dont find it neat and clean as some works are in progress It is averayas works are going on

hotel renovation is going on. lot of disturbances and room fully dust and cockroaches. window glass door lock is not there. If children can push easily, they may fall down from the floor. I thought my children would be happy while staying in a hotel,but they are saying why you have booked the hotel. After some refreshments outside, again we came to the hotel by evening I saw a lot of dust and I called the receptionist to send the room services. But there are no responses from them. Sorry to say this it is a bad experience for me.

Hotel management and RECEPTIONIST BHANU PRAKASH cheated us by giving low grade rooms. Hotel is THIRD CLASS level with less hygiene and rude staff. Totally disappointed.

When booked, i didn't know that the property was under renovation. Booked two rooms, and the shower was not functioning in one room. No bucket/mug was provide and i had to ask for them. Water heating flasks to make coffee/tea were not available. The major problem was, no coffee/tea is available till 7.15 am and if you want, you have to go out and consume from a tea stall 100 meters away. Meal is average but very expensive for the quality. Tiffins are OK. Staff service is good and they are curteous.
