First they denied to provide room which is already booked....then they provided a room without room service, geyser not working , No tv, No wifi which they said available before booking...
My stay is horrible....

Worst hotel with worst services. Would suggest people not to go. We booked deluxe ac room, paid full still they used to turn off ac from the main supply again and again. There is just not a single problem, there are just problems and only problems.
