Unprofessional staff, language.problem, poor food quality, nothing for kids,remote location,no room service, A big no if you are travelling with kids.No hospitality.

Awesome stay..I bet you can't get a stay in coonoor with such a view from the balcony and that too under .... The main highlight is the view from balcony (S3 cottage in 1st floor). Neat room, comfortable bed and other amenities. The hotelier people are quite friendly and you better have a vehicle with you for getting easy access to this location. Google map helps in finding the exact location. Privacy is good

wonderful stay. place is a couple of kilometers away from bus stand, but in a very serene location food options is limited but can't complain the caretaker is very friendly and nice surely would like to come back place is suitable for a family

We reached Coonoor almost after 7 PM IST, already due to December it was dark. But Ramesh who is2caretaker continuous within touch with us to guide towards property. I wa4bit sacred due to road was narrow and was going through area where both side has houses. However5when we reached propery house keeper offers to see rooms2and after choose room they immediatly arrange blankets. Room had ample place and bathrooms were had good space with good quality material. Overall good place for family. Morning we saw awesome view from outside. This property has nice outdoor garden for children.

i loved this place this cottage is in beautiful location with clean and spacious rooms. wonderful home made food is also available at reasonable cost.

wonderful stay. located at the top of a small hill, its about 1.5 kms from the main city center, so you would need to go down the hill for any essential supplies. the home stay caretaker does provides you wonderful home made food and he always serves them with a broad smile. good for families.
