Disappointing Stay –We recently stayed at Hotel Maple Tree, Chennai, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. One of the major issues was that most of the amenities listed on the Goibibo site were not actually available in the room. I had a bit of an issue during my stay at the hotel. When I noticed a stain on the bedsheet and requested a change, the cleaning staff arrived within just 5 minutes, which was impressive. However, the situation took a turn when they brought in about 6-7 different bedsheets. To my surprise, the original one was actually the best among them.

Worst lodging ever I had my experience in my lifetime..Very insecured....Dirty rooms with dirty bedspreads, smelly. Needs renovation on priority basis.Without that should not be given for anyone for lodging...Wrong communication within the their team...I won't recommend anyone to go to that hotel.

Crumbling failing hotel with horrible service quality and even worse food. Rooms are dirty, layer of dust and cobwebs on furnitures. I really do not understand how this place has a decent rating, it should not have more than one star rating

Very ordinary hotel, not worth the cost at all, i checked out early, no breakfast included in fare as they informed! rooms big but decor looks very shady and was not comfortable👎🏻.
