The room they gave was on the 4th floor. It was a single bedroom, very different from the room which was shown on the website. There was no TV in the room. At the time of check-in, ac was not working. When I complained, they called the electrician, and after the repair, it worked properly.

the room size was just like a matchbox, an untidy bedsheet, filthy washroom. no facility of geyser and lift. They provided the room at fourth floor, with no lift facility. I had to take a bath with cold water in December winter, as the geyser wasn't working.
highly recommend to skip this property

This place is amazing. Staff is Humble. I strongly recommend. The best part is that they greet and treat the best way. Well Sanitized and clean. comfort and Service. I had meeting in good. everything was so nice and every single staff wears an amazing smile 😃. They literally pamper their guests. Food was awesome. Breakfast too. View from room was brilliant. city view is good.
