Pathetic Experience staying there.. They leave a janitor at the reception who doesn't know anything.. We paid for luxury suites and honeymoon suites and we were provided with cheaper rooms with even basic amenities like toilet paper missing in the room.. when asked for toilet paper and tissues they janitor denied and said we don't have it.. no management was available there.. the guy whom I talked to was abusing and threatening me. the room was good, location is little far from city but view from balcony is good. overall the hotel is good but i was facing issues with power back that day so i and giving 3 star.
