Breakfast included in booking but not provided. Hotel manager told that we were not providing food. Wrongly mentioned in booking.Bed, pillow cover not changed. It seems that same they are using for next guest.

Hotel Wi-Fi is not working . TV doesn't work . No parking space. No drinking water was provided . Bed cover is torn and bed sheets are torn and dirtiest I've ever seen . I won't recommend to anyone at this price .
I need proper parking facility and good Wi-Fi mainly .

as mentioned this is not 3 or 2 star rated property. sheet, towell, pillow all stained and old. no drinking water bottle. no hit water. wifi not working. tv not working. overall room cleanliness very poor.

No geyser - if you need hot water for bath, the room boy helps you in the morning. (first in first out list) Poor parking facility. Owner tries to interfere to much with parking. Need to move the vehicle multiple times, just to ensure others can park or road isn't blocked. The parking ramp is so steep, small vehicles with low ground clearance cannot park the vehicle. very poor, my guests have been returning form Italy, I had booked on behalf, they had very worst experience without AC and lift facility, staff have behaved rude
