stay experience is very average there. parking is a big problem. not enough parking facility compatible to number of rooms

Stayed on 18th Dec 3023 with family. Hotel has it's own basement parking. The room was clean, spacious and smelled nice. Decent sized & clean washroom. We asked for zero mirchi in food & it was absolutely followed to the hilt, very impressed. Quick and courteous room service. Scope for improvement : The curtains could've been a shade thicker to ensure no light trickles in & the breakfast could've had more fruits but that's me nitpicking really. Great stay!

staff are not courteous
house keeping was poor
paid for extra bed, they have arranged a bed, which is very poor in quality and cleanliness

Nice breakfast, though limited items. It is less than intercontinental, but more than 2 star hotel. 24 hour room service. Clean and pleasant ambience. Nice car facility.
