We had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all — there was a bad smell, and it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bedsheets and pillows were very old and worn out, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The air-conditioning didn’t work properly and the room was hot and stuffy the whole time. This place is not suitable for anyone, especially families. We traveled with our family and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've had with hotel stays. Definitely not recommended.

Room was renovated but cleanliness is a big issue and upkeep of the room was very poor. Bathroom needs renovation

The rooms are well maintained. Good vegetarian food available. Lift and hot water facilities available in the air conditioning room. Everyday newspapers will be delivered to room. ok

good value for money for families ...only issue we had due to crowd was hot water not coming. I.guess management should be able to handle this .also another suggestion is they can give wifi password at the time of check in which is common procedure all places now..good courteous staff and friendly .very nice central location to go anywhere in and out of trichy as this is near chattiram bus stand .

Very poor experience in staying at this hotel, 1. Water bottles has been charged - No complementary. (daily a ltr) 2. Food served on the open tray without any wrapping abd bring from ground floor to 3rd floor. 3. No hot water is available even early in the morning. 4. Split A/c. Is kept on 17d still you wont feel the chilled. On whole night. 5. Waste of money for 2 days. Tribble days.
