Rooms were vey small. Food quality need to be improved. Ordered mayur combo special that the worst thing i did. Wifi was not provided even after repeated request.

the food was good the window in room was broken due to which we changed the room wifi password was repeatedly told wrong to us . no one was attending calls at reception

worst service I ever had with any hotel bathroom -0 star, very small and untidy room - 0 star, small and very costly services - 0 star, when I asked that can you give me room for 10 minutes to change my cloth he first excused with a lie that he is not a room. later said that I will be charged for full day. I have stated in more than 100 hotels in my career, but never seen this, he agreed that he is having room, but didn't have just for 10min. even I asked can I use staff area or other place ...more
