toilet is not clean
only if we ask they do the cleaning
towels and bedsheets are very old.. color changed..
overall okay. but it is not 3 star for sure.

over all good stay. staffs were cooperative.... service was good.what I did not like, complimentary breakfast quality and quantity which obviously not from the hotel but purchased from outside... In such booking amount, buffet should have been there....they didn't provide complimentary tea or coffee in breakfast...i had to pay for this

Good for one day stay. water coding in the restroom. outside of the room is a fully smoking smell which stinks.

a very simple yet clean place to stay. we reached late at 12.15 a.m. however there was someone at the reception to take care of our requirement.

rooms are near and clean, but small.. breakfast was not buffet.. 3 idlis and a vada was brought from the restaurant nearby.. location of the hotel is 50 mtr from the main road. staffs are very courteous.. overall on price, it's costly for the room and location

unfortunately we have not taken any pictures of the hotel as we were short on time.
mayura residency is a nice, clean and a decent property. interiors were clean and elegant. bathroom was good. overall, we had a pleasant stay.
