Playotel exceeded expectations with clean rooms, modern amenities, and top-notch facilities. Friendly staff and reasonable rates made it a great value. Only downside: limited parking. Would highly recommend, but plan parking accordingly.

Please ensure that your staff includes individuals who have a basic sense of communication. We have always recommended your hotel because of its well-appreciated staff and atmosphere. However, the girl at the reception yesterday was extremely cunning. I mean, who treats their customers like that? We had to carry two pieces of luggage ourselves, and no one even offered to help. Moreover, that cunning girl made my guest feel so uncomfortable. Such an ill-mannered staff member!
