No Room Service
No body available at Reception.
No phone call received by anybody after booking.
Pathetic room condition.
Wastage of money INR 1500.

Anyway, the hotel was normal and clean. Air conditioner provided only cool air so hotel people provided heater.

Its a very old property. Giving it a good review for the location of the property. Rooms are huge and gives you the antique feeling. Very near to gandhi chowk walkable distance.Drawback would be- the restaurant service, couldn’t get a glass of hot water/coffee/chai by 7 am also. No staff was available in the morning for any such needs.

I really had a bad experiece regarding allotment of room.... shown a well furnished and spacious room and classified it as DELUX but the hotel manager allotted us a small dingy room. When i protested, he said that they have nothing to do...
