stinky rooms with absolutely no ventilation. poor condition of linen.

the hotel charges for drinking water bottles even when it's a legal obligation towards guest uo provide 2 ltr drinking water free of cost

I booked the hotel based on online reviews. However, was terribly disappointed. There is absolutely no system. The rooms were dirty, stained sheets. When I walked into the washroom, the towels were soiled and used, there was a used toothbrush lying in the washroom. The shower didn't work properly. There was an insect in the cupboard. The AC made too much noise. They offered me to see another room, but that was no better. While the booking said there was free breakfast, I was charged for that as well. Not value for money. Would not recommend to anyone and won't stay there again.
