The room was not available at the time of check-in, even though I had already paid the full amount at the time of booking. After some arguments, the hotel owner suggested an alternate hotel, but the new hotel room was not worth the money, and we had to compromise. food bill overcharged.

The Hotel is good as per location, service, cleanliness. Also Staffs were friendly. I stayed here for 2 days with my family but the only thing that disappoint me is that their AC was not working in room. Although it is good for people who are looking for stay near Karol Bagh.

This is worst hotel to stay. Guys don't go on their photos, see the real rooms with moles all around in the room, insects on the bed, ants on the bed , broken walls and furniture and all .

It was good.But few things they can improve are to pay for TV channels and resume them.Make available what is in the menu or create a new menu for quarantine.food quality was perfect.Bed and room was clean. Keep it up anyway.
