It's nice budget hotel with most convenient location at the heart of city. Food variety is limited but quality is good. Staff is very cooperative.

the staff is horrible, very rude
didn’t accept for early checkin and woke us up around 6 in the morning and forcefully made us check out of the room
he got on a fight with us even when we said we can pay you extra regarding this
the room wasn’t clean and it was smelly
the blanket was smelly and pillow had oil stains
there was dust everywhere
even the floor wasn’t cleaned properly
really horrible experience

hotel declair amenities free parking but there is no free parking I had park my car on roadside even hotel denied that they have not informed for parking they had included this at their end without our knowledge.
