Very worst experience, I don't recommend to the ppl who expects something good, rooms are not clean, AC running but not give cool air, pillows are dirty, no air flow, bathrooms are like public toilets and not worthy for the money what we pay

I have visited this hotel previously 2 years ago it was a great experience at that time but this time it was pathetic , Dirty bed sheets, bathroom sealing broken , room smells like a hunted house, no hot water facility in rainy days due they have only solar heaters, after informing multiple times , they switched manual heaters , The worst part is the bathroom door stuck and unable to open the door waited more than one hour to get it rectified, reception lady doesn't know the basic of her job, to get one job done i have to call 5 -10 times

the hotel management changed our room thrice. a/c was not working, room was not clean/hygenic, there were cockroaches roaming around. stay was not comfortable at all
