we had booked 2 suite rooms with pool view. we're given rooms on first floor. rooms were neat and clean but ac wasn't working. they rectified for one room but couldn't for other. so they gave us another suite room. again within 20 mins same problem. ac tripped. we asked them to shift our rooms to adjacent wing or somother floor. for which they promised to rectify if not shift us. coz this isn't the time we are having this problem. last year same time ,same floor same rooms same problem but boo ...more

As usual, always a comfortable stay at MGM Velankanni Residency. Except for some lag in restaurant services, everything went well. Room was clean but felt congested and also may need replacement of some fittings in bathroom due to wear and tear. Food items ordered were good, and breakfast buffet spread was excellent, perhaps the best among all premium restaurants in Velankanni. Staff was polite and courteous, especially the front desk.

MGM VAELANKANNI is located on main road and is 1.5 km from basillica. The property is well maintained and the staff is very polite and helpful. Food served in the restaurant below is good and hygienic. We will definitely come back and highly recommend to others. Auto rickshaw charge 100 rupees from hotel to VELANKANNI basilica.

This is my 2nd visit in mgm, it is maintained well. Staff is good and polite. The 3 change requests I want to bring mgm's Management notice. Restaurant food order process is very slow it should be improved, need to add more dishes in breakfast buffet along with desserts and live counter. some indoor games activities should be enabled for kids. Rest everything is good. Excellent and relaxing stay.
