Unhygienic and even very costly without any service. TV is not working not even Geyser is working. they have pathetic service and staffs are very rude😡

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12 pm. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

1-room was different than my booking
2 - behavior was so good
3 washroom was big like 👍
4- Almira was not clean it was smell very bad when opening
5- located on very important place 👌
