This hotel looks like a college hostel and give vibes of a hospital. the room is completely dull. they have a strong agenda to save electricity, so they have installed two bulbs of 2 W on roof. Linens provided seems to be purchased in 2010 and after that the cloth factory of the country was shut down so they could not buy new one. Bathroom purely belongs to a one star hotel from Bangladesh, it may have been imported from there for Andhrapradesh citizens. Basic room items has to be asked, and the ...more

Hotel located in prime locality. But passport office is in the same building. So, entering into the hotel is difficult in working days. Reception staff are worst. They are not guest friendly. Even they aren't suitable for single star hotel without any cheer on face.

Hotel management forced us to check out at 11, even though my checkout time was mentioned as before noon. They are talking about the rules which I never heard of and are not even polite. Would give a negative rating if given a chance.Tons of people sitting in the floor corridor and discussing loudly at midnight

The overall experience was awesome but the receptionist was very rude and will check-in, The best part is that sky lounge

I stayed for 2 days with pre booking of breakfast Nd dinner. but the hotel refused to provide dinner and it was escalated and later they provided very little options. the property is good and service levels can be improved a lot.
