Though the staff at front office was kind but was unable to manage other ONLY STAFF to do the room service, bathroom sanitation,clean bed... etc.

the hotel is very unfriendly,
forces you to
Very bad,
No hand towels,
No toilet roll,
Dosent give towels every day,
Wifi is bad,
Entry pavement broken,
Bad cleaning,
Landline broken,
No electric cattle,
Chair and sofa Cution broken,
TV Switch broken,
Dirty Curtains,
Dirty fans,
Dirty Shower,
HOLE IN SEALING,
Lights don't work.

bad experience at the hotel from the start. the owner at the reception desk was impolite during checkin. saw a small mouse during the stay. the television was not working but one could not see anything as the picture was white.. ac temperature control was a problem as no remote available with the hotel..
