My stay at Hotel Milan was average considering the amount they are charging . While the rooms and facilities were satisfactory, there were a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast Experience: Unfortunately, the breakfast setup was disappointing. The arrangement felt more like a hastily organized event, similar to a wedding party, rather than a professional hotel breakfast service. There was a lack of organization, and the food presentation could have been much better.

Not happy with the stay. Found it overpriced based on the services. Rooms are big and spacious but what's the point if shower don't work properly, what if the bodywash dispenser don't work, whats the point if we have to call housekeeping staff for hot water in bathroom shower, what's the point if inhouse restaurant call is not getting connect for half n hour ? Never ever opt for your stay including breakfast..it's just a waste of money.

Bed was having iron in it, My leg got hurt as soon as I sat on bed it came outside of the bed from side and I got hurt

washroom cleanliness and amenities were not up to the mark, though staff was cooperative and they helped me a lot as I was having high fever. Taste of food could have been improved along with variety in breakfast.
