Actually there is no Dg power back it almost 2 hrs no power in this humidity and no response from the hotel.

my allotted room already had a guest staying in ( a lizard).. i trespassed him/ her.
the intercom did not work.i tried calling on a number too ( mentioned as helpdesk counter).even that did not work.
finally i had to run back to the reception to raise my concern.
the person came along to check my room only to see that the door wasn't opening.
however after multiple attempts he could open it n remove my belongings.
They allotted another room to me.
you do not have much choice in this area so need to adjust.

lobby have no lights badly smelling rooms and smelly water.
staff don't know Hindi english.
horrible room ambiance for a couple or solo trip. can be ok for friends travellers group.
very limited food items for the outsider of TN. won't wish to go there further for sure. smelly dirty towels pillow cushions, bedsheets.
there should be basic amenities like digital door lock, current door was having manual malfunction lock which can be easily opened with push unsafe for solo traveller with laptop, c ...more

Stinking room Did not like the stay.
Do not opt for including dinner option
They keep food qty as if they offer on charity....Also if you are vegetarian you had it as it's multicusine....
