1) rooms were very badly maintained and unclean beds
2) apart from one staff, the rest were not courteous
3) there was a confusion in the room booking, which was totally not our fault, but to rectify that we get a room call at close to 1 am !!!! totally non-professional approach
4) we asked for a queen size bed and they gave a room with 2 single beds!!!
5) when requested, last day they shifted us to a room with a queen bed, but with no hot water in the bathroom!!!
cleaning staff were also totally bossy and unprofessional
suggest you shouldn’t partner with such hotel chains

Hotel was like a lodge ,very stinking, dirty, with full of mosquitoes. Washroom was very dirty. Service was worst .
